Tune into 2025 PURE Insurance Championship

PGA TOUR Champions returns to the Monterey Peninsula for the 22nd edition of the PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee.
The field for the event includes five of the last six champions, including last year’s winner Paul Broadhurst, as the Tour’s best prepare for the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs, which begin Oct. 17.
The PURE Insurance Championship features a unique format and a field with 80 PGA TOUR Champions players, 80 First Tee junior players and 160 amateurs. Consideration for a spot in the event for First Tee kids is based on the quality and integrity of life skills, as well as golfing ability.
Format
- Friday and Saturday: One professional, one junior amateur and two amateurs in a team format (80 foursomes); groups play one round on each course (Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill).
- Sunday: Twenty-four pro-junior teams will continue (Pebble Beach Golf Links only) based on score. The professionals will be cut after 36 holes to the top 50 players and ties.
