Best friends with PGA TOUR player, Adam Schenk. Friendship began in 2007 at The Legends GC in Franklin, where they were paired together in the second and final rounds of the IHSAA state finals. Both ended up at Purdue, playing for the Boilermakers, where they both graduated from the Krannert School of Management. After playing together on the Korn Ferry Tour, both secured their PGA TOUR cards in fall of 2017.

Attended Columbus North High School.

Earliest golf memory was riding in a cart with grandparents with a 3-wood, 8-iron and putter.

Favorite sports teams are the Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Lightning and all Purdue Athletics.

Uncle and swing coach, Andrew Johnson, won on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2005.

Was Indiana Amateur champion in 2011, second-team All Big-10 in 2012 and an Academic All-American in 2011 and 2012. Was IHSAA state high school champion in 2007.
