PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., and AMARILLO, Texas – The Korn Ferry Tour, The OccuNet Company, Framework Events and Tascosa Golf Club announced a five-year partnership to host a new professional golf tournament – OccuNet Classic – beginning in 2026. The inaugural OccuNet Classic will be played June 11-14, 2026, at Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas.

The OccuNet Classic will be a 72-hole tournament featuring 156 players from around the world and one of 26 events on the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour schedule. At season’s end, the top 20 players on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List will earn their PGA TOUR cards for the following season, with the No. 1 player earning exemptions into the following year’s PLAYERS Championship and U.S. Open.

“We are thrilled to partner with The OccuNet Company to bring the Korn Ferry Tour to the Texas Panhandle,” said Korn Ferry Tour President Alex Baldwin. “It's wonderful to see the level of commitment and dedication the Fairly Family has shown to their community in bringing this event to Amarillo, and we’re grateful for their support throughout this process. With Framework Events serving as the host organization and Tascosa Golf Club as our venue, we look forward to delivering a first-class experience to golf fans in the Texas Panhandle. We’re excited for the future of the OccuNet Classic and showcasing the incredible talent on the Korn Ferry Tour in Amarillo for years to come.”

The OccuNet Company is an innovative Healthcare Services company focused on healthcare affordability and first-class member experiences. The OccuNet Company will become the title sponsor of the new Korn Ferry Tour event through at least 2030. The OccuNet Classic will bring the Korn Ferry Tour to Amarillo for the first time since the Tour’s inaugural season in 1990.

“The OccuNet Company is proud to be the title sponsor of the OccuNet Classic, starting in 2026,” said Alex Fairly, chairman of The OccuNet Company. “Bringing the event to Amarillo reflects our ongoing commitment to our hometown and the Texas Panhandle. We’re thrilled to partner with the Korn Ferry Tour, Tascosa Golf Club, Framework Events and the City of Amarillo to bring a premier Korn Ferry Tour event to our community and welcome the next generation of PGA TOUR stars. Our goal is to bring a world-class golf event to Amarillo for all residents and businesses to enjoy, while showcasing the city nationally and internationally, and to introduce our clients and partners to the incredible community we’re proud to call home.”

Located in northwest Amarillo, Texas, Tascosa Golf Club features 36 holes of championship golf across two courses – La Paloma and Tascosa Course. The La Paloma Course, where the tournament will be contested, is a links-style course stretching over 7,000 yards, featuring dramatic elevation changes, natural rock outcroppings, native rough and several lakes.

“On behalf of our incredible membership at Tascosa Golf Club, we’re honored to be the host venue for the OccuNet Classic,” said John Dunn, managing partner of Tascosa Golf Club. “It’s a great opportunity to showcase our 36-hole facility and the lifestyle our community offers on an international stage. In preparation of the Korn Ferry Tour coming in June of 2026, our team is already making changes with consultation from our golf course architect, Jeff Blume, and the PGA TOUR to provide a great challenge for these golfers. We can't wait to host this event next year and, with the support of Amarillo and Texas Panhandle golf fans, watch it grow into one of the premier events on the Korn Ferry Tour.”

Framework Events will join as the tournament operator for the OccuNet Classic. Framework Events is a premier event management firm specializing in the design, execution, and growth of large-scale, high-impact events. Since 2015, Framework has created unforgettable experiences for audiences and attendees of Formula 1, the NFL, Rogue Fitness, Red Bull and now the Korn Ferry Tour.

“We’re incredibly honored to serve as the host organization for the OccuNet Classic and to help bring the Korn Ferry Tour to Amarillo in 2026 and beyond,” said Framework Events CEO Danny Rodgers. “This is more than a golf tournament—it’s a celebration of community, and we’re committed to creating an event that reflects the pride, hospitality, and spirit that make Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle so unique. Our team is excited to get on the ground, roll up our sleeves, and become part of the fabric of this amazing city. We want the OccuNet Classic to be something the community looks forward to year after year—a can’t-miss event that feels authentically Amarillo from the ground up.”
