FRENCH LICK, Ind. – The Korn Ferry Tour season has once again reached its climactic finale, and that means it’s time to break down the numbers.

The top 20 players on the season-long Korn Ferry Tour Points List after this week’s Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance, contested for the second straight year at French Lick Resort’s Pete Dye Course, will earn 2026 PGA TOUR membership. Down is the number of qualifiers from 30 to 20 this year, only increasing the pressure at one of the marquee crucibles of professional golf. The picturesque Southern Indiana layout stretches to a beefy 7,791 yards, providing the stage for an epic clash for promotion among the game’s rising stars.

The top 11 in the standings through 25 of 26 events have already mathematically secured 2026 PGA TOUR cards regardless of their finishes this week. Nos. 12-16 on the Points List entering the week (Pierceson Coody, Seungtaek Lee, Trace Crowe, Kensei Hirata and Jeffrey Kang) each hold a better than 99% chance to finish inside the top 20. No. 17, John VerDerLaan, has a better than 98% probability of staying within the threshold. Still, nothing is ever guaranteed at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, and the final spots promise to be fiercely contested.

In total, 66 of the 73 players in the starting field have a mathematical chance to earn a PGA TOUR card this week. For those ranked No. 35 and lower, a victory is required, but a chance nonetheless remains.

Below are the minimum finishes needed for players to move into the top 20. It’s based on an imperfect formula that assumes low finishes from those around the bubble (keeping the projected top 20 points total close to its current level), but it helps illustrate the point gaps throughout the standings.

The saving grace for everyone in the field: By finishing inside the top 75 on the season-long Points List, each player has secured fully exempt status for the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour season. Additionally, the top five finishers (and ties) at PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry’s Final Stage will also earn TOUR cards. Players ranked Nos. 21-50 on the Points List after this week will advance directly to Final Stage, with Nos. 51-75 beginning at Second Stage, providing a game within the game for players lower down the leaderboard this week.

Read below for the minimum finishes required to earn PGA TOUR cards for every player in the field this week.
