Says he would quit golf immediately if his wife, Graycie, could not travel on the road with him.

He and his wife, Graycie, share a chocolate labrador named Henlee.

Did not drive a car until his senior year of high school because he "didn't want to pay for gas and insurance, and (he) lived at the golf course, so (he) didn't need a ride anywhere else." Also noted Graycie drove them everywhere when they went on dates.

Broke his right foot at his wedding in 2017 and played all five events of Sam Houston State's fall 2017 schedule in a walking boot with finishes of T4-T18-T11-4th-T16.

Works part time renovating his home as a plumber, electrician and demolition -- which is his specialty.

Loves duck hunting; he says if professional duck hunting was a thing, he'd do that instead of professional golf; his dog, Henlee, also enjoys duck hunting.

Enjoys cooking, and says he tries to eat healthy.

Earliest golf memory is his father, William IV, teaching him the interlocking grip to improve his ball striking and gaining 50 yards immediately.

Favorite athletes are J.B. Mauney, a rodeo cowboy and multi-time Professional Bull Riders world champion, and whoever is playing for Texas A&M.
