More than Golf

Since our inception, the PGA TOUR has maintained a commitment to serving as good citizens and stewards of the communities where we play. There is no greater evidence of this stewardship than the more than $4 billion in charitable and economic impact generated for citizens and communities across the globe. Much of this success is a direct result of the contributions and support of fans, partners, and volunteers who are integral to our mission of positively impacting communities through the showcase of golf’s greatest players.

Every PGA TOUR event is a purpose-driven opportunity to give back. Whether attending, volunteering, or supporting one of the 96 tournaments across 35 states and 14 countries, each contribution is a part of a collective effort that leaves a meaningful footprint in communities. Proceeds from our world-class events remain in the host community, providing economic and charitable benefits that serve generations.

Well-being

Well-being focuses on fostering health, wellness, and sustainability, ensuring that individuals and communities thrive through access to essential services and resources. It emphasizes the importance of holistic well-being, which includes physical, mental, and environmental health.

Youth Development

Youth development is about empowering young people with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to grow into strong, resilient leaders. It prioritizes nurturing their potential through education, mentorship, and opportunities that build confidence and capabilities.

Service

Service relates to supporting and honoring the dedication of those who serve others, from military personnel and first responders to volunteers. This pillar recognizes the sacrifices made by individuals in service to their communities and aims to provide resources that strengthen and sustain these efforts.

Equity

Equity is centered on addressing and dismantling barriers that limit opportunities for underrepresented and marginalized groups. It is about creating a more just and inclusive society, where all individuals have the chance to succeed regardless of their background or circumstances.
