Finished at 3-under at the 2016 Latin America Amateur Championship at Casa de Campo in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Edged Jorge Garcia by a stroke to earn an invitation to the 2016 Masters Tournament (missed cut).

Began his college career at Arizona State University before transferring to Sam Houston State. Earned 2021 Southland Conference Co-Golfer of the Year honors and won the individual portion of the 2021 Southland Conference Championship, edging Nikolai Schaffrath by a stroke.

Won the 2021 Bayou City Collegiate Classic, where he coasted to a six-shot triumph over Sully Zagerman and William Holcomb.

At the 2017 Central American Championship held in Costa Rica, rolled to a six-shot win.
