PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – The Commissionaires Ottawa Open, the Canadian National Capital Region’s premier PGA TOUR Americas event, announced a three-year title sponsorship extension with Commissionaires Ottawa that will run through the 2028 season.

Commissionaires, the largest employer of veterans in Canada’s private sector, has been the only title sponsor for the tournament since the event’s inception in 2023. Proceeds and initiatives from the tournament support Soldier On, an organization that supports Canadian Armed Forces veterans recovering from injuries and illness. Since 2023, the tournament has helped raise over $200,000 for Soldier On.

“We are pleased to share that we’ve renewed our commitment to this exceptional tournament for another three years,” said Commissionaires Ottawa CEO, Michel Charron. “As always, this tournament is about more than sport. It’s about community. It’s about giving back. Proceeds from the tournament will support Soldier On, a program dedicated to helping veterans and serving members overcome physical and mental health challenges through sport. We look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together over the next three years.”

In addition to the impact the tournament has made off the golf course, both past champions of the event have graduated to the Korn Ferry Tour. Vancouver’s Stuart Macdonald won the inaugural Commissionaires Ottawa Open in 2023, and South Africa’s Barend Botha won in his second start as a professional in Ottawa in 2024.

In conjunction with Commissionaires extending their commitment with the event, Lépine Apartments, a luxury apartment home builder and property management company in eastern Ontario, becomes the first presenting sponsor of the Commissionaires Ottawa Open, starting in 2025.

“Commissionaires has been a great partner and advocate of PGA TOUR Americas, and we’re excited to bring Lépine Apartments on to help grow the game in Canada’s capital region,” said Scott Pritchard, vice president of PGA TOUR Americas Tournament Business and Sponsor Relations. “Commissionaires and Lépine Apartments are both leaders in their respective industries, and it’s a privilege to have them involved with this event through 2028.”

Additionally, the event will be hosted at The Marshes Golf Club starting in 2026. The tournament has been held at Eagle Creek Golf Club since 2023.

"We're very excited to bring Lépine Apartments on board as the presenting sponsor of the Commissionaires Ottawa Open," said ClubEG vice president and tournament director, Andy Rajhathy. "Transitioning to The Marshes will add a whole new dimension to our event with the unique layout, and we know the course will prove to be a worthy test for PGA TOUR Americas players."

The Commissionaires Ottawa Open presented by Lépine Apartments is the ninth event of the PGA TOUR Americas 2025 season, and the third stop of the North America Swing, and will be contested at Eagle Creek Golf Club from July 24-27.
